The spreadsheet assumes the misalignment is northward, along the local meridian. To see the impact of other misalignments, the hour angle should be changed to reflect the difference. That is, if the misalignment is to the west, then 6 should be subtracted from the actual hour angle. This is not critical except for large miss-alignments or near the north celestial pole.
