The Fox Valley Astronomical Society

The Fox Valley Astronomical Society was formed in 1944. We render services for the Fox Valley area in Northern Illinois. Most of our members reside in the Fox Valley (Saint Charles, Geneva, Batavia, North Aurora, Aurora, Montgomery, Elgin & Elburn) although we have members from many miles away as well. As of June 2008, we have about 25 members.

We have monthly meetings and hold regular star parties for both the club members as well as public star parties and public outreach activities.
